Here
is a light fruity Coteaux du Languedoc, generous
and ready to drink.
Cinsault brings fresh cherry and redcurrant, Syrah
ripe raspberry and blackberry, Grenache gives
it the fullness that the pungency of the Carignan
brings out in the end; here is a "recipe"
for Languedoc stylishness. No oak for this very
"natural" wine, just pure grapes. As
Constance Rérolle says, its freshness makes
it our 'vin de Loire', but it has all the fullness
of a Languedoc - a ladies' wine!
It has an ageing potential of 3 to 4 years, but
it is so lovely in youth that you'll find you've
already drunk it!
