100% Sauvignon in its local expression (toast,
menthol) with a southern stamp given by ripe grapes
(candied tropical fruit, pineapple, grapefruit
peel, acacia flower). Barrel vinification and
lees maturing develop the fleshiness of this wine
with a fine biscuity taste.
