WINE HIERARCHY The Coteaux du Languedoc appellation has three levels of expression starting with fruity, easy to drink wines and moving up to concentrated thoroughbreds. At each level of the hierarchy, the wines correspond to a geographical area, at first wide-flung, then closing in gradually, which you can discover by clicking on each zone.
